No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Back the Blue Gun Giveaway. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. 

By entering and participating in the drawing in the Back the Blue Giveaway each registrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (as defined below), which are binding and final in all respects. This drawing is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Giveaway Description 

American Priority Foundation (the "Sponsor") is sponsoring the Back the Blue Gun Giveaway.  The rifle is described in the registration materials and on the website with these rules. 

Eligibility 

1. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at time of entry and legally eligible to own and possess a firearm. 
2. Directors, officers, employees and contractors of Sponsor or its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, children, parents, and siblings), are not eligible to participate in any Giveaway. 
3. Residents of the state of Rhode Island are not eligible to participate in any Giveaway. 
4. Only one registrant registration will be allowed.  
5. You will be required to provide your first and last name, your email, home address, and phone number, and confirm you are at least 21 years of age or older. A participant must provide Sponsor with accurate information on the entry form.  
6. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a participant if inaccurate or incomplete information is suspected for any reason. 
7. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for making additional registrations under false or assumed names. 

Winner Requirements 

A winner for each Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing, conducted by the Sponsor on Monday morning following the Giveaway Period, from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Giveaway Period. 

A potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. A registrant is not a winner of the firearm prize, even if participant receives notification saying he or she won, unless and until registrant's eligibility and compliance with these rules, as well as applicable laws, have been verified and registrant has been notified that verification is complete.  

A winning registrant must pass appropriate background check(s), and comply with applicable federal, state and local laws in order to take possession of the firearm prize. Only the winning registrant may take possession of the firearm. Transfer of the firearm prize shall be conducted through a firearms dealer that holds a valid federal firearms license (FFL), in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.  

At any time prior to transfer, if the registrant (i) fails to submit to any required background check(s) for firearm possession, (ii) is barred from obtaining or using a firearm, or (iii) otherwise fails to comply with applicable laws or regulations, the winning registrant will be declared ineligible and the firearm prize will be forfeited.  

Another winner will be selected to receive the firearm prize, as described above. By entering any Giveaway, you acknowledge that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of a firearm. 

By accepting the firearm in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of his or her name in the in certain publicity and advertising of the Sponsor, without compensation. 

No substitution of the firearm for cash or other goods and services will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. 

THE FIREARM IS GIVEN AWAY BY SPONSOR "AS IS." SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT) WITH REGARD TO THE FIREARM. 

Limitations of Liability and Release 

By registering, a registrant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses sustained in connection with registrant's participation in the Giveaway. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to a particular registrant. 

Additional Terms 

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Back the Blue Gun Giveaway for any reason or no reason. Additionally, the Back the Blue Gun Giveaway may be cancelled, suspended and/or modified due to fraud, technical failures, computer virus, bug, tampering, force majeure (as defined below) or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The term ˜force majeure' refers to any of the following events and/or circumstances: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy – all subject to applicable law, Sponsor can modify these Official Rules in any way at any time without notice. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Giveaway if in its sole judgment registrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Without limitation, an entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if registrant (i) attempts to tamper with the entry process or enter the Giveaway through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Giveaway or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of any fraudulent conduct, Sponsor expressly retains the right to pursue all available legal remedies against a registrant under applicable law.
